VIDEOS

Video tutorials and play along tracks may take up to 24 hours to appear after your class taking place. If they are not yet available, please check back in as this is a great way to help with home practice.

CHUCK STRUm

For those new to chuck strumming, the chuck strum is a rhythmic strumming patter where the pitch of the strings are deadened on beat 2 and 4 of each 4/4 bar to the point that only a percussive sound is heard. The chuck beat is represented by a blue 'X'.
Practice the chuck strum alone and make sure you are able to get the right technique of striking the strings whilst palm muting them at the same time for that percussive sound.
