SONG ELEMENTS

VERSE 1 - You don't play anything for the 2 bar intro. You will begin at verse 1 with the riff below - twice round will get you through Verse 1. RIFF 1 Works over the C chord - RIFF 2 works over the G Chord. 
CHORUS 1 - Here you stay on RIFF 2 then back to RIFF 1 and end on RIFF 3 - look out for the extra few notes at the end. Then you go straight to the F Major chord for the 8th note strumming pattern as illustrated below:
8TH NOTE STRUM - The trick here is to alternate dynamically between soft half strums on beats 1+ and 3+ and full, hard strums on beats 2 + and 4 +.
