​"SWEET CHILD O MINE"

This week you will explore/revisit the 1980s rock classic, SWEET CHILD O MINE by rock band, Guns N Roses and first released back in 1987. 
This song featured in Big Daddy (1999), Thor: Love and Thunder (2022), Step Brothers (2008), Captain Fantastic (2016), and The Wrestler (2008). It also appears in the 2025 series finale of Cobra Kai. Additionally, a cover of the song, performed by Adam DeVine and Flula Borg, is in the movie Pitch Perfect. ​

Each two bar pattern has been broken down so you can practice them independently. The audio tracks play from 60BPM up to 80BPM to help you gain speed and accuracy when practicing.

RIFF - BARS 3 & 4 (Played over the Bb chord)
RIFF - BARS 5 & 6 (Played over the F chord)
RIFF - BARS 7 & 8 (Played over the C chord - same as bars 1 & 2)
