FAQs

What time should I arrive?
Doors open from 6:40pm, with the session beginning promptly at 7:00pm. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so you can settle in with a cup of tea before we begin.

What should I bring?
  • A yoga mat
  • A blanket if you'd like extra warmth
  • Comfortable clothing you can relax in
Pillows will be provided, but you're very welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

What happens during the session?
You'll spend most of the session lying comfortably on your mat while being guided through a deeply relaxing sound experience.
The session may include:
  • Tibetan singing bowls
  • Crystal bowls
  • Shamanic drumming
  • Voice and vocal tones
  • Rhythmic soundscapes
  • Gentle guided relaxation
There is no movement or participation required—simply relax and enjoy the experience.

Do I need any experience?
Not at all. Whether you've attended sound healing before or this is your very first time, you'll be warmly welcomed.

Is tea included?
Yes! Herbal tea and water will be available on arrival and are included in your booking.

Is the session suitable if I'm feeling stressed or anxious?
Many people attend because they're looking for an opportunity to slow down and unwind.
The experience is designed to be calming and restorative, although everyone's experience is different.

Can I leave if I need to?
Of course. If you need to use the facilities or step outside, you're free to do so quietly at any time.

Are there any medical considerations?
While many people find sound healing deeply relaxing, it isn't a substitute for medical treatment.
If you're pregnant, have epilepsy, wear a pacemaker, have significant sound sensitivity, or are currently receiving treatment for a serious mental or physical health condition, we recommend speaking with your healthcare professional beforehand if you're unsure whether the session is suitable for you.

What if I fall asleep?
That's absolutely fine! Many people drift into a deeply relaxed state during sound healing sessions.
Your body will still respond to the experience even if you doze off.

How many people will be attending?
To keep the experience personal and relaxing, places are limited and the group will host a max of 12 people per session.

This is your time to switch off.
We kindly ask that mobile phones are switched off or placed on silent before the session begins. Please arrive with enough time to settle in so we can create a peaceful environment for everyone.
