Ever wondered why music works the way it does? Why some chords sound great together and others don't? This 10 module course will help you to begin a discovery of the magic behind the music with an in depth introduction to music theory, specifically designed for ukulele players.
With a tonne of fun tab exercises and audio examples to help you understand the various formulas and processes of music, you will discover
- chord constructions for major, minor, dominant 7ths, major 7ths and minor 7th chords;
- what major, minor and pentatonic scales are and how to play them effectively in any key, which will assist your development of producing creative solos and riffs;
- how to assemble chord progressions for writing your own songs using the chord family system.
- how to transpose chords and songs to fit keys that suit your voice;
