NEXT TASTER SESSIONS: COMING SOON
Our ukulele taster sessions are designed for absolute beginners aiming to take up ukulele for the first time! We have a range of ukulele shapes and sizes you can try out before you commit to buying your own and we even have a few for sale too plus all the necessary accessories in store.
It can be daunting starting a new hobby such as learning a musical instrument, so our taster sessions are designed to ease you in, get you acquainted with the club and team and answer any questions you may have regarding the course and playing ukulele. We provide all the equipment for the workshop but if you already own a ukulele, feel free to bring it along so we can check that it is fit for purpose! We also have a loan scheme where you can borrow one of our ukuleles for your 1st 10-week course to see if it's for you.
(A small fee & refundable deposit it required for 10-week ukulele loans)
The ukulele taster workshop will last approximately 40 minutes, starting at 6pm and will give you a taste of things to come. You will explore some introductory exercises, learn how to tune up and try out a few chords to get you strumming along to your first song within the half hour with a bit of time left to answer any questions!
You will receive your booking confirmation once you complete the form below with more information about the session and the location etc.
If you can't attend this date but are keen to start learning ukulele, you can book a 10-week ukulele course directly HERE.
We have limited places on taster sessions, so first to apply will be offered a place. The taster session workshop will last around 30 minutes with a Q&A afterwards and the chance to enrol and purchase or loan a ukulele for your next course. You can save £5 on course booking fees if you attend the taster session. Adults and children aged 8+ welcome. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
