BOOKINGS FOR UKUELE COURSES STARTING IN JANUARY 2026 NOW OPEN!
Each course below runs for 10 weeks, 3 times per year, with a half term break midway, as follows:
SPRING TERM: JAN - APRIL
SUMMER TERM: APR - JULY
WINTER TERM: SEPT - DEC
SUMMER TERM: APR - JULY
WINTER TERM: SEPT - DEC
These courses are classroom based but also include online access to all course content, training videos, PDFs downloads and Audio practice tracks, so even if you miss a session, you can catch up no problem. All of the class based courses are designed with course content options for both left and right handed players.
What should I bring?
Bring your ukulele if you have one. Otherwise borrow one of ours for a refundable deposit for your first 10 weeks. You will have access to all print out PDFs, audio practice tracks and video tutorials within your online account which is included in the course fee. For a small fee we will print out your weekly PDFs if necessary.
How big are the classes?
Small groups for maximum support (typically 6–16). Places are limited—booking early is recommended.
Can I try a session first?
Yes! Book a free taster session to meet the team and try the vibe, and ask questions before committing.

UCL LEVEL 1
ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS UKULELE COURSE (18+) START DATE: 21st or 22nd January 2026 Wednesdays 6.15pm Thursdays 12.15pm Online only option available for this course The level 1 course is tailored for individuals who are new to the ukulele and have a burning desire to learn. No prior experience is required!

UCL LEVEL 2
BASIC SKILLS UKULELE COURSE (18+) START DATE: 21st or 22nd January 2026 Wednesdays 6.30pm Thursdays 11.00am Online only option available for this course The level 2 course is perfect for ukulele enthusiasts who have completed Level 1 and are eager to build upon their foundational skills or who have learnt the basics independently and want to advance.

INTERMEDIATE UKULELE COURSE (18+) START DATE: 21st or 22nd January 2026 Wednesdays 7.40pm Thursdays 6.15pm This is where is starts to get serious! This transformative course is designed for passionate ukulele players who have completed Levels 1 and 2, and are eager to take their skills to the next level.
Delve into more advanced strumming patterns, intricate chord progressions, riffs, licks, solos and explore diverse playing styles. UCL BARITONE COURSE
HOSTED BY RICHIE WILLIAMS (18+) Level 2-3 START DATE: 22nd January 2026 Thurs 6.15pm Whether you’re a guitarist curious about ukulele, or already play soprano/tenor and want to explore explore the richer tones of the baritone ukulele, this course will get you strumming with confidence.

UCL CHILDRENS UKULELE CLUB
10 week course (8-12yrs) START DATE: 29th January 2026 5.15pm (30 min sessions) Welcome to our vibrant and exciting Children's Ukulele course which is geared towards children aged 8-12 years to begin their journey into music making.
