WELCOME TO THE UCL LEVEL 2.1 UKULELE COURSE
This is where you can find and download all course content for the UCL Level 1 course. It contains essential PDFs, MP3s and video tutorials to help with your home practice. You will revisit these PDF worksheets on a weekly basis so make sure you bring them all to class.
PDFs downloads will be available via the blue buttons below in each segment. You just need to click them once and they should download straight to your computer or mobile. It's a good idea to create a new folder to store them all in so that they are easy to find when offline. Please print off in time for each session and bring them along to all sessions as you will be revisiting them regularly.
MP3 play along tracks will be embedded into the course and the full songs will be available to download by clicking on the icon next to the audio player.
VIDEO TUTORIALS are only available when you are logged in to this website. They are usually around 1 - 3 minutes max in length and great for home practice. Video content will appear approximately 48hrs after each class session takes place so be sure to log back in. Where ever you see a place holder a video will appear.

WEEK 1
Download the PDF for instruction on exercise 1 and 2 and play along with the video at 60 BPM.
In this video you will discover the 2nd position major chords for the basic chords shapes from level 1 along with some 1st position too. Follow the instruction in the video for navigating from 1st to 2nd positions.
Click the button above to download the Strumming Pattern PDF sheet. The video below guides you through strumming pattern 1 at 60 BPM. Practice at this speed until you are fluidly confident with the chord changes.
