WEEK 1
Welcome to week 1. We will be kicking off this Autumn term with a version of a very famous Autumnal song which debuted as “Les Feuilles Mortes.” in the 1946 poetic realism film, Les Portes de la Nuit, a dark drama set in post-World War II Paris. Nat King Cole, Eric Clapton, Eva Cassidy, Doris Day and many, many more established artists have covered this song.
AUTUMN LEAVES
The version if Autumn Leaves will be arranged as an instrumental piece with 3 parts, including a baritone rhythm part, for those who wish to add in the lower vibes, a rhythm part for ukuleles in C tuning plus a more advanced melodic part for the more adventurous players.
