The hammer on is a good old technique used widely in blues music! You get two notes for the price of one with some pretty funky dynamical textures! Tasty :) This is the shortest module as it doesn't really need to much of an explanation but well worth noting.

The hammer-on is a classic guitar technique used in widely blues, jazz & rock n roll and is performed by sharply bringing a fretting-hand finger down on the fingerboard behind a fret, causing a note to sound. You basically get two notes for the strike of one!
