The C Major scale is made up of 7 notes and is the only scale not to contain any sharp or flat notes. As with all major scales, it uses a specific structure of intervals from the chromatic scale. Read on to find out more . . .
The C Major scale consists of the following notes:

Between each note is an interval of either a semitone (aka Half note) or a tone (full note). The best way to describe these intervals is by looking at piano keys. Each note is a semitone apart from the next. A full tone is achieved when the 1st note is two keys away from the next note.

As you can see, the distance from the notes of C to D note has an interval of a TONE as there is a black key in between them. The same can be said for D - E, F - G, G - A and A - B. So the only SEMITONES in this scale fall between E - F and B - C.

The intervals for this major scale (and all other major scales) are as follows:

        TONE - TONE - SEMITONE - TONE - TONE - TONE - SEMITONE

Practice the C Major scale across the strings as follows:

FRETTING: When practicing this scale, be sure to keep your fretted fingers in position so that any notes that fall on fret 1 are played with the index finger. Any notes on fret 2 with the middle finger and any notes on fret 3 with your 3rd finger.
PLUCKING: And when plucking, use your thumb to pluck any notes on the C, your index finger for notes on the E string and your middle finger for notes on the A string.
Watch the video below for guidance and practice playing along.
WHY PRACTICE SCALES?
Practicing scales enhances finger technique and because the hands are synchronized, better rhythmic soloing. This increases the knowledge and ability to play various melodies over the right chords at the right time. Learning and practicing scales is invaluable and will help with master the music theory behind the ukulele and help expand your playing technique.
