UCL Blog
It's got to be said, playing a UCL set at the Cormarket Acoustic Club's, 1st annual festival was our best gig yet! Even though some of our members couldn't make it for various reasons (nothing to do with hangovers apparently!), we all enjoyed it thouroughly - and the spectators appeared to enjoy it too, but don't take my word for it...Ian D. Hall of Liverpool Sound and Vision wrote a splendidly, awesome review about the UCL performance, so see for yourself by clicking on the pretty green button below... As if that wasn't enough excitement! Right after the UCL the talented teeny bopper that is Eleanor Nelly, took centre stage and captured the hearts and ears of everyone in the room! You could literally hear pins dropping in between strums - and how rude would we have been not to get the tambourine and shakers out during her sweetly and perfectly executed version of the Lumineers Hey Ho! Definitely one to watch!!! Here's a little clip from my dodgy (in need of a service) camera... Some more photo's of us at the Festival below...To keep up to date with the UCL follow us on Twitter or join or Facebook or if you would like to become a member and play some gigs etc join our Facebook group and send a message.
