The OUTRO SECTION

The end section simply repeats the 2nd part of the chorus but instead of ending the sequence on the F - Dm- Fmaj7, it simply stays on the F major for two bars with a thumb roll and then repeats the part from the D7 for the outro section. 

The End SECTION

This part starts off just like the 2nd part of the chorus section as follows:

OUTRO

Then to complete the outro, it repeats from the start of the D7 sequence above, before finishing with the F - Dm - Fmaj7 sequence like the intro part. Then simply add a down strum on the F major chord to complete the entire arrangement, as follows:
